SOURCING NOTES

  • Your first custom selection will be sent within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Up to 8 custom-curated options are included with your order.

  • Most custom sourcing requests are completed within 2–4 weeks, although timing can vary depending on rarity and market availability. Your deadline will always be honored.

  • Throughout the process, I will continue monitoring designer resale platforms, auction houses, and new listings to bring you the strongest possible options.

  • Communication will take place via email or Instagram, depending on your preference, with updates provided throughout the sourcing process.

  • Should the sourcing process conclude without finding a heel that meets your approval, you will receive a store credit refund equal to the full value of your custom order. Store credit may be applied toward any in-stock item, a future custom sourcing request, or a genuine vintage fur order during the winter season.
