Processing Times
Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

Custom orders (including custom bridal heels and sourced pieces) require additional processing time. Initial sourcing options will be presented within 24 hours of purchase, and final delivery timelines will vary depending on sourcing and customization. Most custom orders ship within approximately 2–4 weeks, though timelines may extend due to the rarity of vintage designer items.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping speed is selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibility
Charming Cherub Vintage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the item re-shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Charming Cherub Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

International Shipping (include only if you plan to offer it)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Charming Cherub Vintage is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
