SOURCING NOTES

  • The first 2–3 heel options will be presented within 1 business day of purchase.

  • Up to 8 total options are included within the custom sourcing process.

  • The typical sourcing timeline is approximately 2–6 weeks, depending on the rarity and availability of the requested style. Occasionally this timeline may extend, but your deadline will be respected. 

  • Sourcing begins after the custom listing has been purchased, allowing sufficient dedicated time to locate and evaluate options specifically for your order.

PRICING NOTES

  • The flat fee covers the custom sourcing process, selected pair of heels, minor repairs or fit modifications where applicable, applicable detailing, and gift packaging. There are no additional fees.

  • If the vintage market is exhausted and none of the presented options are approved, store credit equal to the full purchase value will be issued and may be used toward another custom order or any available piece from from Ari. This can also be applied to vintage autumn outerwear and winter fur.

Flexibility throughout the sourcing process is greatly appreciated and allows me to find the strongest possible options within your submitted preferences. If the available market is ultimately exhausted without an approved selection, store credit equal to the full purchase value will be provided.
