SOURCING PROCESS NOTES

  • Your first 2–3 curated options will be presented within 1 business day of purchasing your custom listing.

  • Up to 8 curated options total are included if needed.

  • The typical sourcing timeline is approximately 2–6 weeks. This timeline may extend depending on the rarity of the heel being sourced, however, your stated deadline will always be honored.

  • The flat fee covers time spent sourcing multiple options, the heels themselves, any minor repairs or modifications, applicable custom detailing, and signature gift packaging. No additional fees.

  • Heels ship gift-wrapped with signature satin ribbon, vintage postcards, and custom matchbooks for a highly personalized luxury experience.

  • If the market is fully exhausted and no pair is approved, store credit equal to the full purchase value will be issued, which may be used toward another custom order or any available piece from from Ari. This store credit can also be used for autumn vintage outerwear and vintage fur in winter.

The vintage market is finite, and availability depends on what currently exists within your size and preferred specifications. Flexibility in size, heel height, budget, fabric, color, silhouette, and designer is always appreciated and allows me to present the strongest possible selection while keeping your overall vision intact.
