  • Color Palette: Pink, red, ivory, pastels, and soft colors
  • Preferred Details: Embroidery, embellishments, bows, florals, and pops of color

 

SOURCING NOTES

  • The first 2–3 options will be presented within one business day of purchase.
  • Up to 8 total options are included within the custom sourcing process.
  • The typical sourcing timeline is approximately 2–6 weeks, though it may extend depending on the rarity and availability of the requested style.
  • Your event deadline will be honored throughout the sourcing process.

PRICING NOTES

  • The flat fee covers the sourcing service, the selected pair of heels, minor repairs or fit modifications when applicable, any included detailing, and gift packaging. There are no additional fees.
  • If the vintage market is exhausted and none of the 8 presented options are approved, store credit equal to the full purchase value will be issued. This credit may be used toward another custom order, heels currently in stock, vintage autumn outerwear, or genuine fur during the winter season.

The vintage market is finite and constantly changing, so flexibility is appreciated throughout the sourcing process. Every effort will be made to find a pair that reflects your vision, preferences, sizing needs, and selected budget.
