the custom heel sourcing process is as follows:

• within 24 hours, you will receive a quote and a private custom listing for purchase, complete with inspiration photos.
• once your order is placed, 3–4 curated heel options will be sent within 24 hours.
• sourcing will continue until the ideal pair is found, with multiple options provided of different custom detailing (florals, bows, etc.) if detailing is requested.
• after your selection is confirmed, your pair is secured immediately.
• your timeline is honored, with a goal turnaround of approximately 2-4 weeks. That timeline can be adjusted depending on the urgency of your order.  Heels arrive in signature Bridal Salon gift wrapping.

this process is collaborative, including you in each step until the dream heel is realized.
