the custom heel sourcing process is as follows:

• Within 24 hours, you will receive a quote, inspiration photos, and a private custom listing for purchase.
• Once purchased, 3–4 curated heel options will be sent within 24 hours.
• Sourcing will continue until the ideal pair is found, with up to 8 carefully sourced options presented if needed. Detailing options will also be shown. 
• Standard turnaround time is approximately 2–4 weeks, though timing may vary based on rarity and order urgency. Your requested timeline will be honored.
• If no sourced options feel right, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit, which may be applied toward heels currently in stock, a future custom order, or a vintage fur purchase.
• Heels arrive in signature Bridal Salon gift wrapping.
